August 2022 Update

So it’s been a while since I’ve published a new post on my personal blog so I thought I’d provide a small update to anyone interested (Hi, mom!).

I’ve spent most of my time in the past months updating my business-finance-lifestyle blog BizFinLife.com. On this blog I post informational and educational articles based on my recent experience making the switch from freelance to a remote, online business.

The blog has finally been monetized via Adsense so let’s say the first hurdle has been passed now.

I’m currently negotiating a freelance contract for a potential twelve months. Gotta keep everything going until the online business is big enough to solely rely on it.

Further I’ve been looking into acquiring a new blog to add to my portfolio, it’s in a technical niche I have professional experience in so that might be a nice addition.

Lastly, I’ve been looking more into stocks and crypto. I consider it a hobby that (potentially) makes money at this point. Honestly, I think it’s just fun to look into the charts and find patterns (don’t look surprised, you already knew I was weird) but by no means I’m looking to turn that into a full-time thing (no more).
